This location is renowned for its extreme and legendary snowfalls. During the tour, we dedicate one full day to conquering the region’s famous fell, pushing your skills and machines to the limit. You’ll enjoy rustic outdoor lunches while exploring the route and cozy, hearty dinners back at the lodge that evening.
This tour is designed for all skill levels and is available from January-March on any date with a minimum booking of 4 adults.
Day 1: The adventure begins (60-100km)
Rovaniemi to ….
Start your adventure in the morning. We’ll pick you up from the Arctic Lifestyle City Office, Rovaniemi Airport, or any lodging within 10 km of the city centre. After arrival, gear up in our professional 2-piece winter suits and enjoy lunch at our lodge while your guide walks you through the itinerary.
Once you’re ready, we’ll teach you how to drive safely and head out on snowmobiles into Lapland’s backwoods. Leave urban lights behind as you cross frozen forests and scenic trails, with stops for photos, breath-taking views, and perhaps your first glimpse of the Northern Lights. In the evening, arrive at your secluded cabin, savor a hearty dinner, and unwind in a traditional Finnish sauna. Sleep under Arctic skies, lulled by the wilderness.
Day 2: Trail back to Rovaniemi (80-120km)

After a hearty breakfast, set off from the cabin into varied landscapes: forests, frozen lakes, snow-covered ridgelines, all leading you northwards back to Rovaniemi. Midday, warm up with lunch indoors before continuing on the trail. Arrive back in the city in the evening, where we’ll drop you off at your accommodation and bid you a fond farewell, hoping to see you again soon.
